Pharma Dynamics specified to iShack that they wanted to be at the cutting edge of technology as their sales process was presently archaic. Sales staff were required to lug around heavy booklets to each sales meeting.
What we did
Ishack came up with a solution. Issue all staff with the Samsung Galaxy tab 10 inch and develop an Android based tablet application.
The app had a customised central CMS (content management system) enabling Pharma Dynamics admin staff to cost-effectively manage products on the app and instantly update all the sales reps in the field across South Africa, Nambia and Botswana.
Besides for the obvious elevated levels of efficiency and print and courier cost saving, the user experience results were excellent with a 100 percent adoption rate and a 94.2 percent satisfaction rate.
